IN WHICH CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD THE EMPLOYERS BE ENTITLED TO USE THEIR UNJUST TERMINATION RIGHTS DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES?
A-) If the employee is caught by some disease or become handicapped because of his/her own intent or irregular life and this situation causes absenteeism for three consecutive working days or more than five working days in one month.
B-)If it is determined by the Health Board that the employee’s illness is untreatable and also causes inconvenience within the workplace (especially for other people who work in the same workplace).
If one of the above stated reasons takes place, the employer would be entitled to terminate the employee’s contract.
